COPT Defense Properties Enters Lease Agreement for Maryland Property

04:45 PM EST, 01/15/2026 (MT Newswires) -- COPT Defense Properties ( CDP ) said late Thursday it entered a build-to-suit lease with a defense tenant in its Maryland portfolio this month.

The company's capital commitment to the 236,000 square foot facility is $146 million, according to a statement.

Rent is expected to commence in Q3 2028, the company said.
