COPT Defense Properties Q4 Adjusted Funds From Operations, Revenue Rise; Issues 2025 Guidance

05:43 PM EST, 02/06/2025 (MT Newswires) -- COPT Defense Properties ( CDP ) reported Q4 adjusted funds from operations late Thursday of $0.65 per diluted share, up from $0.62 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $0.47, if comparable.

Revenue for the quarter ended Dec. 31 was $183.4 million, up from $179.7 million a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $172.2 million.

For Q1, the real estate investment trust said it expects an adjusted FFO of $0.64 to $0.66 per share. Analysts polled by FactSet expect $0.49, if comparable.

For 2025, the company said it expects an adjusted FFO of $2.62 to $2.70 per share. Analysts polled by FactSet are looking for $1.96, if comparable.
