Corby Spirit and Wine Subsidiary Buying Nude Drinks Brand from MXM Beverages for $11 Million

08:11 AM EDT, 04/22/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Corby Spirit and Wine (CSW-B.TO) over the weekend said its subsidiary, Ace Beverage Group (ABG), will acquire the Nude drinks brand and certain other assets of MXM Beverages for $11 million.

The acquisition, which is expected to close in Corby's fiscal fourth quarter, will be funded using available financing from ABG's existing credit facility. Corby acquired ABG last year.
