05:03 PM EDT, 09/30/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Core Laboratories ( CLB ) said Tuesday it has acquired Solintec, a Brazil-based geological services company. Financial details weren't disclosed.

Solintec provides integrated upstream oil and gas geological services to national and international companies operating in Brazil, the company said.

Core Lab and Solintec have been partnering through a technical services deal since 2022, according to a statement.
