Core & Main Agrees to Acquire ACF West

04:51 PM EDT, 03/11/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Core & Main ( CNM ) said late Monday it has agreed to acquire NW Geosynthetics, doing business as ACF West.

Financial details of the deal weren't disclosed.

West distributes geosynthetic materials and provides soil stabilization solutions.
