Core & Main Announces Executive Chair Transition

04:50 PM EDT, 03/27/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Core & Main ( CNM ) said Friday that Executive Chair Stephen LeClair has resigned and James Castellano, previously the company's lead independent director, will succeed LeClair as chair, effective April 1.

Additionally, the board appointed Susan Hardwick, former CEO of American Water Works ( AWK ) , as a director and member of the talent and compensation committee.
