04:36 PM EDT, 09/30/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Core & Main ( CNM ) said Tuesday it has closed its acquisition of substantially all of the assets of Canada Waterworks and Canada Waterworks Ottawa, a distributor of water, wastewater and storm drainage products.

Core & Main ( CNM ) shares were down 0.8% in after-hours activity.
