Core & Main to Acquire Canada Waterworks for Undisclosed Sum

07:55 AM EDT, 09/02/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Core & Main ( CNM ) said Tuesday that it has entered a definitive agreement to acquire substantially all the assets of Canada Waterworks and Canada Waterworks Ottawa.

Financial details of the transaction were not disclosed.

Canada Waterworks is a distributor of water, wastewater and storm drainage products in Ontario.
