10:37 AM EDT, 10/30/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Core Scientific ( CORZ ) said Thursday it has terminated its merger agreement with CoreWeave ( CRWV ) because it didn't receive the necessary votes from shareholders.

Core Scientific ( CORZ ) will continue trading on the Nasdaq Composite, it said.

CoreWeave ( CRWV ) did not immediately reply to a request for comment from MT Newswires.
