04:54 PM EDT, 04/15/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Corebridge Financial ( CRBG ) said late Wednesday it named Christopher Filiaggi as interim chief financial officer, effective April 24.

He currently serves as the company's chief accounting officer and will succeed current CFO Elias Habayeb, who is set to depart.

Filiaggi will serve the interim role as the company advances its planned merger with Equitable (EQH), after which Equitable's CFO Robin M. Raju is expected to assume the role at the combined company.
