08:33 AM EDT, 09/09/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Corebridge Financial ( CRBG ) said Tuesday that its board has appointed Marc Costantini as chief executive officer, starting Dec. 1.

Costantini succeeds current CEO Kevin Hogan, who will remain with the company as a special advisor for six months after the new CEO's arrival, the financial services company said.

Costantini will join Corebridge from Manulife, where he served as global head of strategy and inforce management, the company said.
