Analysts polled by Capital IQ expected normalized EPS of $1.16.

Adjusted revenue for the quarter ended Sept. 30 was $4.53 billion, up from $4.08 billion a year earlier. Analysts surveyed by Capital IQ expected $5.67 billion

The company maintained its quarterly dividend at $0.23 per share, payable on Dec. 31 to shareholders of record on Dec. 17.

Shares were up nearly 3% in after-hours activity.
