06:44 AM EDT, 06/05/2025 (MT Newswires) -- CoreWeave ( CRWV ) reported in a regulatory fling late Wednesday that it now owns 5.5%, or 13.1 million shares, in Applied Digital ( APLD ) .

On Monday, Applied Digital ( APLD ) said it has signed two 15-year AI data center lease agreements with CoreWeave ( CRWV ).

CoreWeave's ( CRWV ) shares edged 0.6% lower in recent Thursday premarket activity, while Applied Digital's ( APLD ) stock was up more than 5%.
