08:42 AM EDT, 04/15/2026 (MT Newswires) -- CoreWeave ( CRWV ) and Jane Street said Wednesday it has committed around $6 billion to use CoreWeave's ( CRWV ) AI cloud platform.

The new commitment expands an existing relationship between the two companies, the companies said.

CoreWeave ( CRWV ) will provide Jane Street with access to computing tools across multiple facilities, including Nvidia's (NVDA) Vera Rubin technology, the companies said.

Jane Street has also made an equity investment of $1 billion at a share price of $109 each, the companies said.
