05:13 PM EDT, 07/22/2025 (MT Newswires) -- CoreWeave ( CRWV ) on late Tuesday priced a private offering of $1.75 billion of 9.000% senior notes due 2031, an increase of $250 million from the previously announced offering size.

The company plans to use the proceeds from the offering, which is expected to close on Friday, for repayment of existing debt and covering offering-related expenses, it said.
