Corning to Sell Wireless Business to Airspan Networks

12:16 PM EST, 02/20/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Corning (GLW) has agreed to sell its wireless business to Airspan Networks, Airspan said on Thursday.

The sale is expected to close in Q1, Airspan said.

Financial terms of the sale were not disclosed.

Price: 51.53, Change: -1.14, Percent Change: -2.16
