04:39 AM EST, 12/03/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Corpay ( CPAY ) said late Monday that Chief Financial Officer Tom Panther will be leaving the company, effective March 15.

Panther is leaving to become finance chief of the National Christian Foundation.

The company has initiated an executive search to identify a new CFO, it said.

Corpay ( CPAY ) added that it expects Q4 organic revenue and earnings to be in line with guidance issued Nov. 7.
