Corpay Increases Credit Facility by $750 Million

09:51 AM EST, 02/24/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Corpay ( CPAY ) said Monday it amended its term loan B credit facility, resulting in a $750 million increase.

The company said it will initially use the proceeds to pay down its revolver balance, resulting in undrawn capacity on the revolver of about $1.5 billion.
