Alight (ALIT) reported Q1 adjusted earnings Wednesday of $0.13 per diluted share, unchanged from a year earlier.

Analysts polled by Capital IQ expected $0.12.

Revenue for the quarter ended March 31 was $816 million, down from $831 million a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by Capital IQ expected $831.9 million.

The company said it is maintaining its midterm outlook. In February, it said that it expected 2024 adjusted EPS of $0.72 to $0.77 on revenue of $3.55 billion to $3.61 billion. Analysts surveyed by Capital IQ expect normalized EPS of $0.74 on revenue of $3.57 billion.

Alight shares were down 3.7% in premarket activity.
