Banco Latinoamericano de Comercio Exterior (BLX), or Bladex, reported Q2 earnings late Tuesday of $1.36 per diluted share, up from $1.02 a year earlier.

Revenue for the quarter ended June 30 was $75 million, up from $57.4 million a year earlier.

Analysts' estimates were not readily available for comparison.

Meanwhile, the company's board also maintained a quarterly dividend of $0.50 per share. The dividend is payable Aug. 20 to shareholders of record as of Aug. 5.

Shares of the company were up 4% in after-market hours on Tuesday.
