Booking Holdings' ( BKNG ) Booking.com is no longer under investigation by Italy's competition regulator AGCM, according to a Thursday statement from the watchdog.

AGCM launched an inquiry in March to determine whether Booking.com was abusing of a dominant market position in regards to its hotel price policy.

The watchdog closed the probe saying it decided that commitments made by the company satisfied its competition concerns.
