CSW Industrials ( CSW ) said Thursday that it has acquired Duckt-Strip, a maker of electrical cables for HVAC installations, for $21 million in cash.

CSW also said it has recently made an additional $4.8 million minority investment in Flair, after its $2 million initial investment last year.

CSW said it has funded the transactions with cash on hand and borrowings under its existing revolving credit facility.
