01:01 PM EST, 12/03/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Cosmos Health ( COSM ) on Wednesday announced a strategic collaboration with blockchain service provider Prime Ledger to modernize its $300 million treasury and convert key intellectual property assets into tokens.

The multi-phase partnership will create a secure Digital Asset Treasury framework to enhance Cosmos Health's ( COSM ) treasury efficiency, risk management, and reporting, the company said.

The deal also integrates Cosmos Health's ( COSM ) data infrastructure utilizing Prime Ledger's relationship with Conduit Network to streamline on-chain and off-chain data for reporting, compliance, and analytics, according to a statement.

The initial phase, beginning in Q4 2025, will focus on strategy, regulatory planning, and platform design, it added.
