Cosmos Health Receives Additional Time to Comply With Nasdaq Listing Requirement

01:57 PM EDT, 05/06/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Cosmos Health ( COSM ) said Tuesday it received more time to comply with a Nasdaq listing requirement.

The company has until Nov. 3 to regain compliance with the stock exchange's minimum bid price requirement, it said.

This is the second consecutive time the company has been granted an extension to regain compliance with Nasdaq.
