12:29 PM EDT, 07/19/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Cosmos Health ( COSM ) said it has regained compliance with Nasdaq's minimum bid price rule for continued listing on the exchange.

The company said it was notified by Nasdaq that it achieved a closing bid price of at least $1 per common share for 10 straight business days from July 5 to July 18.

Shares of Cosmos Health ( COSM ) were up 1.6% in recent Friday trading.
