09:40 AM EST, 02/28/2025 (MT Newswires) -- CoStar Group ( CSGP ) said Friday it has completed the acquisition of Matterport ( MTTR ) .

The acquisition will expedite the adoption of artificial intelligence-driven digital twin technology across the international real estate market, the company said.

Under the cash-and-stock deal first announced in April, Matterport ( MTTR ) shareholders were due to receive $2.75 in cash and $2.75 in CoStar Group ( CSGP ) shares for every Matterport ( MTTR ) share.
