09:47 AM EDT, 08/27/2025 (MT Newswires) -- CoStar Group ( CSGP ) said Wednesday that it has completed its acquisition of Australian property platform Domain Holdings.

CoStar ( CSGP ) announced in May that it agreed to pay Domain shareholders a cash consideration of 4.43 Australian dollars ($2.87) per share for the shares it doesn't already own through a scheme of arrangement, valuing Domain at an implied enterprise value of AU$3 billion.
