Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $0.13.

Revenue for the quarter ended Dec. 31 was $709.4 million, up from $640.1 million a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $701 million.

The company said it expects Q1 revenue of $711 million to $716 million. Analysts expect $726.4 million.

CoStar ( CSGP ) expects revenue for the year of $2.99 billion to $3.02 billion. Analysts expect $3.06 billion.

Shares were down more than 6% in recent after-hours activity.
