Coterra Energy Q3 Adjusted Earnings Decline, Revenue Flat

04:36 PM EDT, 10/31/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Coterra Energy ( CTRA ) reported Q3 adjusted earnings late Thursday of $0.32 per share, down from $0.50 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by Capital IQ expected $0.35 normalized.

Revenue for the quarter ended Sept. 30 was $1.36 billion, unchanged from a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by Capital IQ expected $1.27 billion.

The company said its board kept its quarterly base dividend at $0.21 per share, payable on Nov. 27 to shareholders of record on Nov. 14.

Shares of Coterra Energy ( CTRA ) were down 1.2% in after-hours trading.

Price: 23.64, Change: -0.29, Percent Change: -1.21
