Coty Fiscal Q2 Adjusted Earnings, Revenue Rise; Shares Fall After Hours

05:34 PM EST, 02/05/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Coty ( COTY ) reported fiscal Q2 adjusted earnings late Thursday of $0.14 per diluted share, up from $0.11 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $0.18.

Net revenue for the quarter ended Dec. 31 was $1.68 billion, up from $1.67 billion a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $1.66 billion.

Coty ( COTY ) said it is withdrawing its prior fiscal 2026 forecast for earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization and free cash flow.

Shares of the company fell 18% during after hours trading.
