Coursera Q3 Non-GAAP Earnings Unchanged, Revenue Rises; 2025 Outlook Raised

05:32 PM EDT, 10/23/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Coursera ( COUR ) reported Q3 non-GAAP earnings late Thursday of $0.10 per diluted share, unchanged from a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $0.08.

Revenue for the quarter ended Sept. 30 was $194.2 million, up from $176.1 million a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $190.3 million.

The company set Q4 revenue guidance of $189 million to $193 million. Analysts expect $187.8 million.

The company raised full-year revenue to between $750 million and $754 million, from $738 million to $746 million previously. Analysts expect $744.4 million.

Shares of Coursera ( COUR ) were down more than 2% in after-hours trading.
