04:51 PM EDT, 05/28/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Cousins Properties ( CUZ ) said late Wednesday it priced a $500 million offering of 5.25% senior unsecured notes due 2030 at 99.987% of par.

The company plans to use the proceeds to repay the outstanding principal of its privately placed senior notes due 2025. Remaining proceeds will be used to reduce borrowings under its credit facility and for general corporate purposes.

The offering is expected to close on June 6.
