Analysts polled by FactSet expected $0.74.

Revenue for the quarter ended June 30 was $268.5 million, up from $237.7 million a year earlier.

Three analysts expected $263.5 million.

For fiscal 2026, the company raised its FFO guidance to $2.92 and $2.98 per share, up from prior range of $2.90 and $2.98 per share. Analysts are looking for $2.95.
