Analysts polled by Capital IQ expected FFO of $0.66.

Revenue for the quarter ended June 30 was $213.0 million, up from $204.3 million a year earlier.

Analysts polled by Capital IQ expected $210.1 million.

For 2024, the real estate investment trust now expects FFO in the range of $2.63 to $2.68 per share, compared with its prior guidance of between $2.60 and $2.67. Analysts polled by Capital IQ expect $2.65.
