12:22 PM EDT, 09/05/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Cousins Properties ( CUZ ) said Thursday it has signed a 320,000-square-foot lease for all of its Domain 12 property in Austin, Texas with a Fortune 100 technology company.

The unidentified customer agreed to assume an existing lease from Meta Platforms ( META ) , effective Jan. 1, 2026, and extend the maturity to 2040 from 2031, it said.

Financial terms of the deal weren't disclosed.
