Cousins Properties Set to Buy Office Tower in Austin, Texas

09:23 AM EST, 12/10/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Cousins Properties ( CUZ ) said Tuesday that it plans to buy Sail Tower in Austin, Texas, for $521.8 million.

The deal is expected to be completed this month, the real estate investment trust said.

Cousins said Sail Tower has slightly more than 800,000 square feet of space and is currently 93% leased.
