04:56 AM EDT, 08/14/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Cousins Properties ( CUZ ) said Tuesday that its Cousins Properties LP operating partnership priced an offering of $500 million aggregate principal amount of 5.875% senior unsecured notes due 2034 at 99.708% of the principal amount.

The company expects to close the offering on Aug. 16 and said proceeds will be used to repay outstanding loans under its credit facility and for general working capital.
