CPI Card's Unit Commences Private Offering of $285 Million Senior Secured Notes Due 2029

08:45 AM EDT, 06/24/2024 (MT Newswires) -- CPI Card Group ( PMTS ) said Monday that its wholly-owned unit CPI CG commenced a private offering of $285 million total principal amount of senior secured notes due 2029.

The unit plans to utilize the net proceeds, including cash on hand, for the redemption of all its outstanding 8.625% senior secured notes due 2026, the company added.
