CPS Technologies Raises $10.35 Million in Public Share Offering

05:03 PM EDT, 10/08/2025 (MT Newswires) -- CPS Technologies ( CPSH ) closed a public offering of 3 million common shares at $3 apiece, with the

underwriter exercising in full its overallotment option to purchase an additional 450,000 shares, for gross proceeds of $10.35 million.

Net proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes, the company said Wednesday in a statement.

The company's share rose 4% in after-hours trading
