Cracker Barrel Old Country Store Fiscal Q1 Swings to Loss, Revenue Declines; Dividend Maintained

04:22 PM EST, 12/09/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Cracker Barrel Old Country Store ( CBRL ) reported a fiscal Q1 adjusted loss late Tuesday of $0.74 per diluted share, swinging from earnings of $0.45 a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected a loss of $0.79.

Revenue for the three months ended Oct. 31 was $797.2 million, down from $845.1 million a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $800.3 million.

For full-year fiscal 2026, the company now expects revenue of $3.20 billion to $3.30 billion from $3.35 billion to $3.45 billion earlier.

Analysts expect $3.38 billion.

The company maintained its quarterly dividend at $0.25 per share, payable Feb. 11, 2026, to stockholders of record Jan. 16.
