Discussing the market campaign for US Cranberries in India, Sumit Saran, In-Country Marketing Representative of CMC, expressed optimism about the growth potential in India. He mentioned the increasing demand for dried US Cranberries and Cranberry juice, both as snacks and ingredients in various cuisines. These products are readily available through both retail dry fruit sellers and e-commerce platforms.

In collaboration with six renowned Indian Chefs and a leading mixologist, Shatbhi Basu, US Cranberries India is conducting culinary training programs in partnership with five prominent hospitality institutes across Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Jaipur, and Kolkata.

During these training programs, the Chefs and experts shared their professional experiences, culinary philosophies, and innovative ways to incorporate cranberries into classic recipes from diverse cuisines and culinary styles.

As a relatively new ingredient in the Indian market, US Cranberries hold significant potential for creative use in Indian hospitality and restaurants. With changing tastes and trends in metropolitan India, food services catering to both regional Indian cuisines and popular international fare are poised to become significant consumers of US Cranberries.
