05:24 PM EDT, 03/19/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Crane Harbor Acquisition ( CHAC ) shareholders have approved the business combination with Canada's Xanadu Quantum Technologies Inc.

The transaction is expected to close March 26, Crane Harbor said Thursday in a statement. The combined company will be named Xanadu Quantum Technologies Ltd. and is set to begin trading on both the Nasdaq and the Toronto Stock Exchange under the ticker XNDU on March 27.

Crane Harbor shares rose 4.1% in after-hours trading.
