Crane Harbor, Xanadu Quantum Technologies Close Merger

05:11 PM EDT, 03/26/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Crane Harbor Acquisition ( CHAC ) and Xanadu Quantum Technologies completed their merger, and the photonic quantum computing company closed a $275 million private investment from institutional investors.

Xanadu said Thursday its Class B subordinate voting shares will begin trading Friday on the Nasdaq and Toronto Stock Exchange under the ticker XNDU.
