08:44 AM EDT, 10/29/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Crane NXT ( CXT ) said Tuesday it has closed its acquisition of the smart packaging assets of TruTag Technologies for an undisclosed sum.

The deal will not have a material impact on Crane this year, the company said.

The company also said it will incorporate TruTag's products into its OpSec business.
