05:27 PM EDT, 03/23/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Crawford (CRD.A) said late Monday its board has appointed W. Bruce Swain Jr. as president and chief executive officer, effective immediately.

Swain has served as interim president and CEO since Jan. 1, the company said, adding that he will continue to serve as a member of the executive leadership team and the board of directors.

The company also said Jesse Crawford Sr., a nonexecutive board chair, has decided not to stand for reelection at the 2026 annual shareholder meeting on May 14.
