Creative Realities Vows Defense Against Alpha Modus Lawsuit

12:05 PM EDT, 09/08/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Creative Realities ( CREX ) said Monday that it plans to "vigorously defend" a patent infringement lawsuit brought by Alpha Modus ( AMOD ) in a federal court in Texas.

The lawsuit claims that Creative Realities' ( CREX ) digital signage systems infringe Alpha Modus' ( AMOD ) patents related to AI-powered retail personalization and customer engagement, according to the company.

Creative Realities ( CREX ) rejected the allegations, describing them as part of Alpha Modus' ( AMOD ) wider tactic of using lawsuits to counter financial difficulties, referencing its continued operating losses and absence of revenue.

Creative Realities ( CREX ) shares fell 0.9% in recent Monday trading, while Alpha Modus ( AMOD ) jumped 8.1%.
