04:58 PM EDT, 03/26/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Credo Technology Group ( CRDO ) said late Thursday it has reached a cross-license and settlement agreement with Molex over the active electrical cable patent infringement complaint.

Credo said as per the agreement, the lawsuits will be dismissed, ending all patent disputes between the two companies.

The terms of the agreement remain confidential.
