Credo, TE Connectivity Finalize Settlement in Active Electrical Cable Disputes

09:29 AM EDT, 03/27/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Credo Technology Group ( CRDO ) and TE Connectivity ( TEL ) said Friday the companies have reached a license and settlement agreement related to active electrical cable technology.

The companies said all lawsuits between them will be promptly dismissed under the agreement.

Financial terms of the settlement were not disclosed.

Credo Technology ( CRDO ) shares, and TE Connectivity ( TEL ) were both down about 1.1% in Friday premarket trading.
