Credo Technology Fiscal Q3 Adjusted Earnings, Revenue Rise; Shares Gain After Hours

04:50 PM EST, 03/04/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Credo Technology Group ( CRDO ) reported late Tuesday fiscal Q3 adjusted earnings of $0.25 per diluted share, up from $0.04 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $0.18.

Revenue in the three months ended Feb. 1 rose to $135 million from $53.1 million a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $120.4 million.

The company expects Q4 revenue of $155 million to $165 million. Analysts polled by FactSet expect $136.7 million.

Shares of the company rose 4.1% in recent after-hours trading.
