Credo Technology Reaches Settlement With Volex Over Active Electrical Cable Patent Infringement Dispute

09:41 AM EDT, 08/26/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Credo Technology Group ( CRDO ) said Tuesday it has reached a license and settlement deal with Volex regarding Credo's patents covering its active electrical cable technology.

Financial terms were not disclosed.

The lawsuit between the companies will now be dismissed, Credo said.

Volex did not immediately respond to MT Newswires' request for comment.
